AMC has provided excellent customer service to the Prado Community Association's HVAC and exhaust fan systems for the past two and a half years.

AMC service technicians are knowledgeable about our on-site mechanical systems and always go that "extra" mile to ensure that Prado's HVAC and exhaust fan systems are running at peak performance. I cannot say enough about their lead technician assigned to our account, Rami, and his willingness to educate me and other staff members on the proper function of our equipment and the patience and professionalism that he demonstrates when answering all of our questions. I also find this to be the case with Rami's assistant.

AMC office support staff member, Siran, is always prompt to remind us whenever we are due for system maintenance and ensures that work is scheduled according to our needs. Siran is always available via the telephone or email and follows through on any questions we may have.

AMC Installed our 5 unit Bryant system in our custom built home in 2003. These units integrate with our Crestron Home Automation system. The maintenance of these units has been provided by AMC for over 4 years.

I was impressed with you evaluation of the situation, roof leak, old unit , ducting, etc. When you asked to see the attic and then crawling right into the attic and advising me to do the same and see what needs to be done really impressed me.

Setting the date for the installation and arrangements could not have been more thorough and complete. When your crew(s) arrived right on schedule and settled right in it with the business of repairing the roof and replacing the unit I was very pleased and assured your work would be complete and professional. It was. The crews under the guidance of you foreman, Balo, were, to put it mildly, exceptional. I am very picky about who works on my home and I frankly could not be more pleased with you, your firm, and individuals in your crew.

Upon signing the contract you stated this will be a complete job and "not to worry about rooftop problems again" gave me an assurance that was fulfilled when your crews finished the job one day short of the planned date. Your company and operation is professional in every respect.
